I do not see ANY problem with that bike...other than it's too small for me and, like Mike said, it would kill me to ride it for more than a little while...
I'd love to have something like that for track days though!!!!

Bike is pretty bad ass in person, BMW really stepped up the game with this bike, I am not a fan of beemers but this is a good thing as the technology will trickle into the japanese bikes...

I'm looking forward to the Chicago motorcycle show and checking one out in person. Also gotta give BMW a ++ for there demo program.
