To make reservations call 800-488-8750 or 540-887-6500 and tell them that you want to book a room in the M109Riders group. The rate is $72.95 plus 9% taxes per night and includes breakfast. It does not matter which room you choose, the rate is the same. Some people have expressed that they want to come down earlier or stay later. If that is something that you want to do, you will be extended the group rate. You can cancel up to 24 hours with out any charges to you.
I have put out an invitation for the C109ers and the M90's to join us.
Please book early, so if we need more rooms, we can get them. I will call from time to time to update this list.

*There will be a hose and supplies made available to us to keep out bikes clean.
Just an idea, you can always ship your cloths and what ever you need there a head of time and ship it back so you do not need to carry everything. Just make sure that you have your check in date and your name on the address.
