September 18 2010 is the official date.

I have started contact with Suzuki about POTENTIAL support...

Whether you decide to Fly, Drive, Ride or be dropped off by your Mum... ... This weekend will be a blast!

There will be Aussie's, There will be Americans, and There will be Canadians.

How many is yet to be decided.

Accomodation is being organised by myself and other riders and as a venue and pricing develops I will post it here. If you have contacts or ideas please PM me. It will definitely be ON THE STRIP. This is because for some of the Aussie's coming it will be a trip of a life time and they would rather stay on the strip. If you wish to stay elsewhere feel free. I understand you can save a few bucks doing it this way, but please respect that those that are travelling 10,000 miles don't want to stay off the strip.
Anyway the most important thing is the date. So if you need to book in your holidays go for it!

From Colorado... FireFighter is heading it up.

I am going to make a video after an excellent suggestion from rockey . I will start it walking out of my place here in OZ and getting on my 9. Riding to the Airport I will pick up the other riders coming to Vegas. If we can do that from a few locations like Bullriders place and say BiggerStretch's place, FireFighter etc... even if you plan to fly ride... we can piece it together and film us all arriving in VEGAS. Someone suggested meeting at the HD cafe but I think we could take it one step further and all meet there... then shake our heads and wave "NA"... then ride to the LOCAL Suzuki dealer... I plan to see if Suzuki can put on a spread there.

ALSO FORE WARNING. there WILL be a kangaroo court held. Formed by the panel of organiser's. For those not aware of what that is... it will be a $$$fine$$$ session on the last day at Vegas for the activities on the weekend. It's a fantastic laugh and all in good humour. THEN DELETED FOREVER. What happen's in Vegas....
I will be putting together a checklist book with points for every task completed.
Eg Most photo's with girls/guys over the weekend... although i think Cameron has already got this in the bag . Bonus points apply if some or all are naked....

Prizes will be awarded.

Anyway lots to work out, ideas to sort out new ideas to be put forward.
