Is it me or is Quick Reply not working?

No matter what I click, the Quick Reply isn't working for me..

You must first click on the quick reply button (QR) of the post you wish to reply too, that then will open the quick reply feature.

I know kind of goofy, but here is the reason
the way you look at the forum is the normal view, there are other views of the forum I think it's called threaded mode, when in threaded mode it lists the posts in order and by reply, so if you are replying to a single post within a thread it lists your post under that post instead of under the last post.
