Anybody else install one of these adjustable chips? Runs off Air intake temperature senser, and oxygen senser, if bike so equipped. I'm interested in knowing whether you've noticed any performance in throttle response and acceleration, and where you have screw setting ( how far in from 30 full turns out).
According to Magnum's guy, you might not notice a flat spot on the Boulevard because of compensating factors of all the other sensors. And all the way (heavier fuel intake) in doesn't necessarily translate to increased power. So far I've tried 8, 12 and 15 full turns in. You're supposed to turn in 1/4 turn increments, and rev engine. Been there, done that, not noticing much. So I installed a switch accessable under my seat, and experiment while riding, looking for any noticeable increase in overall performance. I truthfully don't know if it's increased power from the Dyno-mag, or simple power of suggestion, knowing my investment of money and time into it.
