Hi Folks, I'm Del

I'm an M109R owner that hails from the Raleigh NC area. I also make parts for the M109R such as the Stealth Rack and the Baffle Buster. But I'm not here to sell stuff. I just like to ride and share my thoughts about the bike. I've owned the M109R since 2006 when it became available. Made some mods and stuff.

Current bike setup:

2006 Violet Blue M109R
10k miles
Polished BIG Air (only polished sold)
Lowered 2.5 inches in rear
Dunlop Elite Tires (250 rear)
6000k HID headlight
Kurykan ISO grips w/TB
Debaffled OEM Exhaust (3 per pipe)
Barnett Stainless Clutch cable

I'm an Internetworking Engineer by profession and a Jack of all Trades. I do whatever, whenever it's needed.

I'm also a member of the National Harley Truck Owners Club with Harley F150s #0490 and #1807 proudly parked in my driveway. I call them Tarzan and Jane.

My website is www.buttrynet.com

What's up Del, Jim, and guys.

My name is Jason. Just picked up a '08 109 a few weeks ago.

I'm from North Augusta, SC. Just across the Savannah River from Augusta, GA.

My '9 is a Black R2 model. No mods right this second, but they're coming.

Jim if you need any help on the logo, just let me know. Sling some ideas out and I'll give it a go.

ummmm, that is my artwork. Not a good way to introduce yorself by suggesting the theft of intellectual property. I know most of you guys are from the Riders forum you should've known that it wasn't free for the taking. If you want to hire me to design the logo please feel free to contact me. I've designed logos for m109riders.com, the german VZR1800 site, Bruno's bike parts, Helmettown.com, etc

thanks for your help.

We have no intentions of using any of that artwork for this forum, if you read the thread I believe the poster was simply telling us some designs he liked.
I didn't read the part where he suggested the theft, could you point that out to me?

Maybe I mis-understood. I read it as "anybody have logo ideas?" and "here's some I like, what about these?" If I read it wrong I apologize, that's just the way I interpreted it. Designers are kinda touchy on that, you wouldn't believe how many times artwork is stolen and used and people just think it's ok to do it

Forgot the introduction too. i have a 2006 M109r in a constant state of flux

as it sits right now in primer, ready for new paint:

and last years paint:

I like the black primer look, looks tough(er) that way.

You might send Jim a message, he may be willing to get some prices from you for a logo, not sure exactly what he has going on with the logo.
Last I heard he had a friend working on it, you know how that can go.

i know he wants a logo for the site that works with all the Boulevards, not just the m109.

Well I guess maybe I'll post over here every once in a while as Lamont has decided to kick me off that other lame forum, just like he kicked every other member that knew anything off there (JR, Perry, etc.) He can't have anyone on the forum that knows more than him, right?

Anyway, those of you on that other forum will know me and my bike.
This is the pic that made it into the M109R calendar recently.

Well, I'm not a Blvd owner... sorry! But, I am a friend of Jim's and a mutual friend of ours did let me ride his 109. Very nice, but I discovered I'm a little too short to really enjoy the ride... unless someone makes some rearward controls! :)

I guess I'll just keep riding my V-Max for now!

Oh yeah, introductions... my name is Jay and I'm from Davenport, IA. I work at the Rock Island Arsenal as a machinist. We manufacture LOTS of cool stuff in support of our troops worldwide. My other ride is a modified '03 Cobra... gotta have some fun on four wheels, too!

Nice to "meet" you all!

Oops, that pic I posted before isn't the one that made it into the calendar. Here's the correct pic. And thanks to Big Joe for the compliments, but I suspect you just said that because my bike has a bunch of KewlMetal stuff on it. :D
