Oil spraying out of air cleaner

Happy holidays everyone.

I have a 2009 C109 RT and I noticed there is oil spraying out of the left side air cleaner, and a lot of oil when I remove plug,
A) how much oil should I drain
B) how to solve the spraying prolem

put in about 4.4 quarts should not be a issue again.

did you remove the air filter and clean out the oil?
