Software Upgrade 3.7

We have upgraded to the latest and greatest release of vBulletin 3.7

There are many new features in this release, too many to go through them all.

Most things have stayed the same however there were a few minor changes that had to be made but nothing that effects the end product.

As always if you find a problem let us know.
